Thornhill Residential Home Renovation

Goldstar Group transformed this Thornhill residential home by completely reimagining the layout to create a modern open-concept living space. The original first floor was divided by multiple walls that separated the kitchen, living room, and surrounding areas, making the home feel closed off and dated. To achieve a bright and spacious layout, the team removed several structural and non-structural walls and installed engineered structural beams to properly support the home while opening the entire main floor. This allowed the kitchen and living room to flow seamlessly together, creating a large, welcoming space designed for modern living. Alongside the structural transformation, the renovation included updated flooring throughout the main level and a refreshed bathroom with new fixtures and finishes. Clean lines, improved sightlines, and a more functional layout now define the home, turning what was once a segmented floor plan into an open, cohesive living environment.
